1. Definitions and Interpretation

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metr o Manila. Each party shall bear their own costs associated with arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting slot19 customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Any bonus funds or pending bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

11.2 Termination by slot19

slot19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete identity verification, extended periods of account inactivity, or any conduct that slot19 determines to be detrimental to our operations or other users.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your license to access the Platform immediately ceases. slot19 reserves the right to retain account information and transaction records as required by law. Funds in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any amounts owed to slot19.

11.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. slot19 reserves the right to charge monthly maintenance fees on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any maintenance fees are applied, and you may reactivate your account at any time to avoid such fees.

12. Amendments and Modifications

12.2 Acceptance of Changes
